Every booking, document, and query is handled directly — no internal hand-offs, no queue. Bookings are arranged with partner carriers and NVOCCs, and clearance is coordinated with licensed customs brokers, from the first enquiry through delivery.
Documentation is checked against the shipment itself before it goes out — commercial invoices, packing lists, and filings reviewed line by line, not assembled at the last minute.
What a commission-based agent is
Baybridge does not own vessels, aircraft, warehouses, or a customs brokerage. We coordinate: arranging ocean and air bookings through partner carriers and NVOCCs, preparing documentation, and liaising with licensed customs brokers on clearance. We are compensated on commission, agreed per shipment, rather than building a markup into a bundled freight rate.
This means no in-house customs department, no proprietary tracking platform, and no global office network — just direct coordination, arranged per shipment.
